Something broke for me too! Every time I boot the system, my preferred Alt+Shift doesn't work. In `Text Entry Settings`, I can still see my Alt+Shift, but it doesn't work. Erasing the shorctut and setting it again doesn't work. However, the following series of steps makes the shortcut work again:
