In Raring/13.04, gst123 uses the latest gstreamer (1.0). The following
command should be a good test:
gst-launch-0.10 filesrc location=123.mpc ! decodebin ! audioconvert !
audioresample ! autoaudiosink
Using your sample file and that command, it works fine in my Raring VM

I would try the gst-launch command using 'alsasink' instead of
'autoaudiosink' (make sure gstreamer0.10-alsa package is installed). Any

It depends on what program you're using for video playback. For fglrx
to provide decode acceleration, the program needs to support xvba or va-
api.

A few things:
1) Your description doesn't seem to have anything to do with nautilus (unless
I'm misunderstanding). Please clarify what program/browser you're using to view
the videos
2) You're using an older/EOL version of Ubuntu (11.10)
3) Using the Flash plugin to view video takes a lot of CP
Your sound appears to be okay in general. The problem is most likely
that the site uses embedded Windows Media Player. I could not get sound
from it either:
