The Gnome developers will say this is "intended functionality" because the Gnome keyring is (supposedly) used for other things, and they don't want it to be subverted by autologin. I would argue that if the Gnome keyring is so sacred then WPA passwords and WEP keys shouldn't be kept in the Gnome k
