Public bug reported: When I insert a usb drive nautilus pops up a file browsing window. It I close that window as soon as it comes up then a nautilus process uses all my idle cpu until I reboot or kill that process. Killing the process seems to have no bad effects. ** Affects: nautilus (Ubuntu)
