rhythmbox does not list libdvdread as a dependency. If you can
reproduce the bug using a libdvdread-using utility, file a bug against

1. Edit > Preferences > File Transfers
2. Click dropdown next to "Download files to", note that it specifies
"downloads"
3. Choose "Other...", note it pops up fileselector set to ~/.xchat2 with
