wasn't great, but it was at least decent.
This new stuff looks like a 14-year old got ahold of photoshop in 1997
and picked up the eye candy filters. Blech!

Absolutely; I was actually going to file a report about the poor
performance of glimagesink but then I realized its a very well-known
issue.
I was just hoping to get smooth, gstreamer-enabled playback under XGL.

Just throwing my comments in here as well; that rainbow on the current
icon is just a stark contrast from the rest of the color scheme used in
the Human theme; it simply doesn't match the theme at all.
