More generally gvfs-ssh/sftp does not look at, or obey, any of the other settings in .ssh, for e.g. I use a custom config file in my .ssh folder so that connecting to certain hosts it will use specific ports and/or usernames, gvfs ignores these settings completely, and so I have to manually enter t
