The themes HAVE those icons. For example ANY icon theme have its own
icon for folder. But in most themes folders shows with defauld icons.
Anyway, the themes are parts of Ubuntu and this means this bug belongs
here. Maintainers need nothing more than simply creating missing
simlinks.
