No. indicator-appmenu was not installed. I just installed it now and
restarted and the menu is there! I think that fixed the problem! So it
looks like it was just a dependency issue with indicator-appmenu that
failed to install it from an upgrade from 10.04 LTS. Cool. Hope you now

Title:
2x100% CPU and memory usag
In case it's of use, I've also captured an image of my SanDisk
SDCZ40-016G immediately after encountering this bug when trying to
install ubuntu-13.04-beta2-desktop-amd64.iso using Startup Disk Creator
in Ubuntu 12.10. The image is 1.6 GB compressed. Let me know if you need
a copy.

It looks like this is the intended, though unintuitive behavior. If I
right-click on the 'Red' channel and choose 'Duplicate Channel', it
creates a fifth channel named 'Red Channel Copy' which does get listed
in the 'Add Layer Mask' window.
My understanding now is that the 'Red' channel is not act

Once again, I accidentally opened Rhythmbox and it started importing a
lot of something—I don't know what.
Since I prefer to have control over what parts of my computer Rhythmbox
uses, I opened 'Rhythmbox Preferences' ▸ 'Music' with the intention of
dissuading it from rampagi
This doesn't happen anymore with rhythmbox 2.96-0ubuntu4.1 in Ubuntu
12.04.
