While the font size has indeed grown by one pixel, it is still only 7 pixels
with an external monitor connected (not configured!) and 8 pixels without.
Pre-configured standard font size is 10 pixels, why not use that? There is
enough space on the screen.
I tested on a Flight 6 installation dist

I think I've got the same bug. I've got only 1 workspace (don't like the
concept) and I am NOT using desktop effects (compiz). On Intrepid final.
Suddenly Window List looses all windows (becomes empty). If I go to the
Preferences and switch to "Show windows from all workspaces", I can see

I tried installing a Teratec Cinergy DVB-T USB2 adapter on a Dell
Latitude with Hardy installed. It is detected by the kernel and Totem,
however if I select a channel from the channel list, it only shows a

Some more poking around, I discovered that my ISP has introduced an SMTP
proxy. I do not think any more that Evolution behaves bad here, I'm
sorry about that.

The example with the volume control is indeed not valid any more. This
is because the volume control is not auto closing any more (it keeps
open until explicitly closed).
However, this bug can still be reproduced using any pulldown menu. I'll
rewrite the description accordingly.
