loaded somewhere when I start alacarte again? Anyway, this is what I get
when checking that file:

After reboot it seems that all changes I made in alacarte was applied to
the menu. So although the alacarte UI and the menu itself didn't display

I've come to a pseudo-resolution by disabling Wayland usage in gdm3.
- Edit /etc/gdm3/custom.conf and simply uncomment:
#WaylandEnable=false
- restart everything and Switch Users works fine.

While waiting for this bug to be fixed, here is a workaround that works
for me in Lucid:
In Brasero, select burn to file. Then open Nautilus, navigate to where
you saved the file (your home directory is the default), right-click the
.cue-file, and select "Write to Disc".

After upgrading to gutsy, my Ctrl-keys have stopped working in gnome-terminal.
They work just fine in other aplications, like xterm and firefox. Some examples:
Ctrl-d : Nothing happens
Ctrl-s : Same as pressing enter
Ctrl-c : Same as press
How can you prioritize this low? This is very very annoying. Please
consider getting this fixed asap. I'm forced to downgrade meanwhile.
