I think this was fixed in mutter 47.4. Therefore I am closing this

Having the fix in 47.4 is useful to Plucky here, but worrying that
they're releasing new features in point releases still. That's the whole
reason the SRU team has blocked us from releasing them as SRUs. It
should never happen.

I am suffering from the same problem on two PC's that I recently updated to LTS
24.04. However, there is a third PC that is connected to the same domain that
is still running Ubuntu LTS 22.04. On that computer I can access Settings >
