It's true the login screen runs as a separate user so is not affected by
your own settings, but the example you give makes no sense:
> left for a few mins, came back and got flashbanged by my login screen
That's the lock screen, not login screen. And the lock screen does
(should) follow your pers

problem: R-studio 2024.09.1 (build 394), Libre Office apps (24.8.2

How do I disable automatic screen rotation? I cannot find this option.
However, the glitch is triggered when I close certain program's windows. The
meta_window_delete makes much more sense.
