Plucky upgraded, GNOME Wayland session, extensions totally disabled.
In my memory, this came with the upgrade gtk4 4.17.1+ds-2.
But I'm not sure it was even the previous 4.16.7 upgrade.

Having this issue on 24.10 as well. I've been going through the logs,
but I don't know what's relevant and what isn't, at this point.

Title:
Missing "Additional Search Domain"
Ubuntu 24.04 still faces this problem. Applying the workaround described
by @3v1n0 on 2023-12-01 seems to fix the issue for now.
