Public bug reported:
ubuntu 22.04 gnome wayland
I use the accessibility option "Mousekeys", and (sometimes) I
accidentally press the Keypad-0 key (that simulates holding a click),
while moving or clicking with the other keys.
Then sometimes the entire Gnome desktop (Wayland) freezes/hangs/stops.

The documentation for Mouse Keys seems to be lacking so I looked at the
source code and found:
Keypad 5: Single click
Keypad 0 (Insert): Button press (no release)
Keypad . (Delete): Button release
Keypad +: Double click
So it sounds like you just need to press '.' (Delete) on the keypad?
Public bug reported:
Every time I log back in after suspension, the speed of the pointer changes.
What changes is not the slow-fast setting in the "pointer speed" bar but the
actual speed of the pointer. I am using a Lenovo Nano laptop and the trackpoint
in the keyboard to control the pointer,
I don't recall a bug like this being reported before. But also Ubuntu
23.10 reaches end of life this month so please upgrade to 24.04 when you
can.

That suggests it was bug 1899206, but that bug was fixed a few years
ago. Also that bug was Xorg and I assume you're probably using Wayland.
