No the option adjust for TV is not there, also the problem is that the
screen is out of bounds in right and downward direction, left and
upwards fits the screen just fine.

Just as recent as February 8th the issue still present on my machine:

Operating System: Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS
Failed to reproduce this on the jammy .4 images during ISO testing.
Possibility it's either fixed or only occurs on later versions. Will
attempt to reproduce on mantic later, if I've got the time.
