The ubuntu logo used when darkmode is selected on the "About" page of
Settings is not the right one.
There is two ubuntu logo stored in /usr/share/pixmaps/:

Attempting to run /usr/libexec/gnome-shell-portal-helper produces this

1 on fresh ubuntu install, don't install ubuntu-restricted-extras yet
2 watch a mpeg2 stream video (.ts filename extension)
3 will lead to Software showing gstreamer bad codecs page.
4 close it.
5 Software will reopen showing the same page
