I did not, but indeed that sounds like the right fix for dash-to-dock
and ubuntu-dock. I've added a task tracking the bug in ubuntu-dock here.

able to get into the UI. After booting and unlocking the disk I end up

I updated to Jammy.
It's not the state of art and workflow. Glad I found this place to
