I've the same problem in ubuntu 20.04.
The message "Automatic suspend - Computer will suspend very soon because of
inactivity." never disappear. Even by clicking on the X...
The only way I find to close it is pressing Alt+F2 then typing 'restart'
command.

I may have found the problem. When I do
$ libwacom-list-local-devices
nothing is returned. I haven't figured how to add it though. :-)

I downloaded and installed the .ddeb file and then ran the first back
trace again. The results look interesting, specifically the "no such
file or directory" notation.
