And yes, if I removed the gnome-shell-extension-ubuntu-dock this issue
is gone, no shaking and no extra dots. So it should be a bug of gnome-
shell-extension-ubuntu-dock while not gnome-shell.

Application icons are shaking when scale to 200%
No I am not familiar with this feature. I also can't seem to trigger it
in jammy (reported in impish). Even when I have updates awaiting
installation it just powers off when told to.

We are encountering issues, that when enabling some Dell laptops, the readings
from iio-poll-als are unstable, or could freeze on certain value. On these
systems they have ENV{IIO_SENSOR_PROXY_TYPE}="iio-poll-als iio-buffer-als", and
removing iio-poll-als makes reading stable
