Used to be Intel by default (not nvidia by default) until Ubuntu 21.04.
This time it changed and I did not know how to revert to intel drivers.
I uninstalled nvidia drivers, after restart it switched to nouveau
(still nvidia) and then I blacklisted the nouveau driver in the grub.

can just track the update to 3.36.9 (and I've reproduced it once running
on pure mutter).
However, for some reason I can't either run your test case in latest

I have the same issue and can add the following info which is hopefully
useful.
My setup is 3 1920x1080 monitors.
When I try a mouse click&move operation on the left most monitor then
everything behaves correctly.
When I try the same on the middle monitor the selected horizontal region
is larger

When I copy a directory from one disk to another, Nautilus won't show
its name next to the progress bar. It simply says "Copying N files to
diskName".
I think it should say something like: "Copying N files in directoryName
to diskName".
Reason:
When you copy 2 big directori
On Dell 3090 UFF, unplug then replug the monitor from Type-C connector,
the monitor remains blank.
Enabled -proposed and upgrade the system, the monitor can be detected
after replugging the Type-C connector.
