1. Only the default Ubuntu AppIndicators and Dock are enabled in the
'Extensions' app.
2. ~/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions No such file or directory
3. Reboot and the problem happens again every few weeks or months
4. should I run "apport-collect 191706
Not sure, but do we need a FF for this? Is it retro-compatible, I guess,

icons-ng while I was away, but it's disabled by default after upgrades.
So yes "Open in Terminal" does exist there.
It still makes no sense for the case without extensions (gnome-shell
task) because there is no context to be op
