Dual monitor setup with secondary monitor in portrait-right mode cause tiled

I have a Dell u3219q 32" and Dell p4317q with this issue. I'm trying to
set 150% on the 32" and 125% on the 43", but it just goes to 200% and or
goes blank. And things reset after every reboot, i.e. scaling goes
wrong, monitor positioning changes, etc.

gnome-remote-desktop isn't in main and gnome-shell isn't built with it
in Ubuntu, see bug #1802614 which might have to do with the issue

Attached is 'journalctl -b 0' log.
I boot up my laptop, seeing the GDM then selected my user and swipe my
fingerprint to login.
After seeing the desktop, I launched "Passwords and Keys" to try to unlock it.
But it failed.
I performed the swipe finger to unlock around "Apr 30 00:33:xx".

Here is attached video.. In the video you'll see that sometimes it
failed to reproduce issue, thats because I double-clicked in the lower
part of window topbar.. I suppose.

PS. I wanted also to mention that issue is not reproducible if I set to
minimize window on Scroll Click.. so just with double-click way.

I narrowed down the trigger of the bug: it happens right after I log in my
discord account(https://discordapp.com/) in Firefox (using Chromium instead of
Firefox doesn't trigger the bug).
