After upgrading to version 3.30.2-1~ubuntu18.10.3, when I resume from
suspend my laptop reboots. It seems to suspend correctly but when i try
to resume it simply reboots. Every time.
After downgrading to 3.30.1-1, everything is fine again.
This happened only with 3.30.2-1~ub
Tested today build 25.02.19 daily tests and was unable to repeat the
error--changing icon size worked well for me. This was tested Live on a
Dell laptop not in a virtual machine.

Try turning on debugging in /etc/gdm3/custom.conf and see if anything is
outputted in the journal when you try this.

I have the same issue, but I just double checked, it works on my
machine with bionic, the problem only arises on my cosmic machine.

Added the three debug ddebs and re-ran the test with valgrind. Just as
a note calling gedit and only adding a single text file will also fail
with a memory error. Have a second system also running 19.04 which also
appears to fails the same way with gedit.
