On Ubnunty <=17.04, Nautilus is patched no to show headerbar under Unity. The
patch was dropped in Artful due to some issue. I have updated the patch to make
it work with Nautilus 3.26.x.
Nautilus will keep using headerbar in all non-unity shell.

to the GNOME Shell process and not to the underlying mechanism. I will
