I am using Wayland session.
I have 5 .crash files in /var/crash:
- _lib_systemd_systemd-udevd.0.crash
- _sbin_plymouthd.0.crash
- _usr_bin_Xwayland.1000.crash
- _usr_lib_udisks2_udisksd.0.crash
- and one for youtube-to-mp3 application.
Next time I have this issue I will attach syslog
This might be triggered by a shell extension. I haven’t seen any
crashes after turning them all off. I’ll see if I can bisect which one
it is.

After upgrading to IOS 11, I stopped being able to mount my ipad in
ubuntu.
The relevant log lines from gvfs-afc are:

When answering large letters (reply-all, message size 300k+, long
discussion, about 10 recipients) evolution mail-composer freezes.
Process WebKitWebProcess loads CPU for 100%. After 5-30 seconds
evolution comes back to normal. But when scrolling freezes again.
