I have no resolution until I manually add a `nameserver 8.8.8.8` to
`/run/resolvconf/resolv.conf`.
And if `resolvconf` is not installed, I don't know how to add a
nameserver. So I keep that installed.
I'm using Network Manager and it should take care of adding nameservers.

Every session I've tried, in 17.10 (gnome, gnome classic, gnome wayland,
budgie, cinnamon, cinnamon software rending) Hangs the system when I go
to log out or shutdown. sometimes it completes sometimes I have to
restart lightdm from a tty. but gnome locks the session bus then
I just changed my video card to a Radeon RX 560 using the open source
driver and the same problem exists.
