I have a similar problem. I'm using a wacom intous pen&touch and double
clicking using the pen doesn't work in nautilus (it works in the mouse
settings test and everywhere else). Using the touch mode of the tablet
works, though (using a double tab),

I don't know if I have the exact same problem, but in my case it is because
gvfs-smb-browse tries to access a samba server (first problem is why does it
try to contact it, I never browse samba shares) using ipv6
When gvfs-smb-browse uses the whole cpu core I can run a :

I would stop the smb-browse manually, but later another process would
start up again. I could not see it in the system monitor under
processes, and the smb-browse was still stopped. It did the same thing:
by taking %100 of one core.

Another bug (let's call it Issue-5) that metacity 3.18 has while marco
(no matter gtk2/grk3) doesn't has, is that some window is lacking
rendering by metacity once it is launched from gnome-panel. Gedit always
lack rendering. See the image which is using metacity 3.18.[any].
Replacing with marco
The Ubuntu-specific patch that added this option had been removed since Ubuntu
15.04.
It was safe to remove as that setting did nothing anyway.

the indicator applet (on the top right of the screen in gnome-shell).
Since 16.04, this option has vanished, only "close session" and "account
parameters" are present.

/var/lib/lxd/unix.socket
with group root, but it should have group lxd. Doing
sudo systemctl restart lxd.socket
rescues the file and gives it the right group ownership.

@peterzay It is useless to file a bug to the upstream. They removed that
feature and abandoned development for nautilus 3.14 long ago. You better
try file a for newer nautilus (>=3.20).
