Nikita, please try to provide actual justification for wanting a feature
when reporting feature bugs, you know like providing a use-case for why
it would be useful.
In this case however, I agree with upstream that adding a feature to
work around broken hardware seems like a waste, and I certainly
I managed to reproduce the problem right after fresh install, with no
extra packages. (Not on live USB though). On Kubuntu 16.04 the funny
wallpaper briefly appeared during start frow live USB and after
installing it on the partition, I could not set up two independent
displays at all.

Have run into this situation as well, no idea what's causing it.
A tail -f /var/log/* doesn't show me anything when i rightclick the thrash,
select "Empty trash" from the context menu and confirm in the popup dialog.

update-utmp-runlevel.service runs after graphical.target, multi-
user.target etc. started (After=runlevel1.target runlevel2.target

I had this bug after the upgrade to 16.04 (Ubuntu Gnome), and the bug
was happening every time and only with this application. I fixed it
changing the input method from xim to ibus, maybe this can be useful to
solve the issue.

Settings(icon) -> View has Party Mode toggled off. Clicking on it takes
me to normal view. I think it needs to be fixed. In Full screen Party
Mode(whatever it is meant for) should be toggled on because clicking on

I was convinced this was a bug on the 3rd-party files I tried to install
because I REFUSED TO BELIEVE an LTS release of Ubuntu would get this far with
such bug, this is unacceptable. This is so sad.

I meant to note that when this occurs I can no longer access my
applications in the Unity bar but can alt-tab and select them to access
them. Otherwise, the only means I've found to address this is to log out

A discussion with Aron Xu and Sebastien Bacher on IRC resulted in the
idea that we create an additional binary package and move some of the
font files to that package. So now there are two .deb files in the PPA:
fonts-noto-cjk and fonts-noto-cjk-extras.
