I have Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS 64 bit and Nautilus 3.10.1. I experience the
same problem repeatedly. All other shortcut keys work, Ctrl+h, Ctrl+f,
etc. Just Ctrl+l stops working after a while. The Go -> Enter Location
menu entry also stops working. Restarting Nautilus always solves the
problem.

Battery icon not wor
I had this problem (when inserting a blank dvd-r) on 15.10 Ubuntu 64
bit. I use Gnome-fallback-session and use Nemo file manager. I loaded
up dconf-editor and searched for "mount". I deselected all of the
automount features and the annoying message has gone away (for now at
least).

This is a combination of two problems. One is that starting update-
manager results in these warnings:
/usr/bin/update-manager:28: PyGIWarning: Gtk was imported without specifying a
version first. Use gi.require_version('Gtk', '3.0') before import to ensure
that the right version gets loaded.

cannot remove this piece of malware. It has no use and seems to hijack cpu,
disk, disk space and in general reduce system to unusable. Purging the malware
"tracker-miner-fs" reduces its impact some, but it's still expensive.
