On all three of my wily systems which just got dist-upgraded to udev
221-1ubuntu2 from 220-7ubuntu2, udev's postinst took ~60s to complete.

I think Metacity 1:3.17.2-2ubuntu2 broke things.
It seems now Ambiance is always used as window decorator theme, even though I
have configured to another theme.
I believe Metacity 1:3.17.2-2ubuntu1 worked fine.
I updated my Ubuntu and it updated Metacity and libmetacity-pri
The gsettings key for theme changed, you need to
gsettings set org.gnome.metacity theme YourThemeName.

Confirmed. Installing lsh-server in vivid and logging in via ssh
reproduces this easily. There is no $XDG_SESSION_ID and login session
for lsh, so pam_systemd doesn't run. lsh-server does not ship any PAM
config at all.
