As far as I know, shutdown command (and other reboot/poweroff/halt
commands) are now just alias for systemctl which inits the right target,
so I am reporting this bug to systemd package.

I have same issue after upgrade 14.10 to 15.04 this morning. I cant see
mouse pointer but mouse obvious working since I see when i go trough

KDE's KSysGuard is displaying the same problem and I found out that it's
showing the sum of network traffic on all available interfaces
(including both the normal WLAN's wlo0 and VPN's ppp0), hence the

Don't know, if this is the same bug. I'm using the final version of
Kubuntu 15.04 (all published updates installed) - it's impossible to
shutdown the pc properly. I get a black screen but it isn't switched
off. So I have to switch it off manually and I'm scared about data on my

Tried that a while ago, it made working with already open applications
and playing music OK (it stopped stuttering while copying), but if I
copy something large and want, for example, to start a terminal window,
I can click on terminal icon, but the window won't be shown until
copying is finished.
