Sebastien Bacher, I would test Trusty, but my only instance of it is
using Kubuntu (due to how Ubuntu doesn't support RDP as per LP#1251281),
and Kubuntu doesn't natively support AFP. I'm using Utopic (gnome-
session-flashback) on my main laptop, so I'll have to wait for when the
fix lands in Utopi
As of yesterday in vivid, this is now correct, as we switched to systemd
as init :-)

Just quickly: Of course its insane to rebuild all rdeps. However, this
is what would be the only way to fix this properly.
A. Heinlein in comment 70 only rebuild the packages between glib and
LibreOffice, which fixes the immediate problem, but might cause
unforseeable and hard to debug/triage prob

I've today had two machines kill my X session during dist-upgrade, and
it happened during libc6 postinst. Dmesg shows that systemd got somehow
started during the earlier phase of the upgrade. X logs show a failure
with "(EE) Cannot establish any listening sockets" etc..
