Stop complaining about users not wanting selection-based copying. It
has no negative impact if you don't use it, and users most likely won't
notice it.
Let me shed some light on this (since there also seem to be so many

I find that simply choosing to log out results in a nearly blank screen
and it's not possible to call a TTY, so a hard reset is needed to reboot
