After do some "killall -KILL evolution*" I could solve the issue.
I assume the problem could be related with "unavailable" owncloud server
during start-up of (Gnome, Evolution, or what services ever).

This bug affect eog, file-roller, and others specifics software like that when
you start more than one instance.
It's possible that the bug is not in eog especially but in a shared lib used by
