Looking into it. The more important direction (don't send plain text
where HTML is expected, so that parts of messages that happen to
some of those reports are bug #1314904 (unity-control-center-signon
needs to be installed but some derivates desktop didn't want to pull it
and its depends so it was lower to a suggests)

Exactly the same diagnostics as #20 (Nishimura) with a Nexus 4.
PTP mode worked OK with 13.10, nothing with 14.04.
MTP mode works OK with the phone appearing in Nautilus.
So images can be transferred from the phone to PC.

characters and opening the properties dialogue, combined size and number
of files included fluctuate.
For example, the first second it shows "600 items, totalling 7 GB", the
next shows "520 items, totalling 6.2

some specific songs. First I thought the files were corrupted but then I
