This error can be consistently reproduced on Ubuntu >=12.04 (at least)
by typing this command --> /etc/init.d/networking restart
I believe that the crash requires isc-dhcp-server to be installed. Also, the
/etc/network/interfaces file had been changed in all cases with multiple
interfaces presen

I am also affected. I don't use several viewports but I use Compiz's
keybinding for "Show desktop". Once, using this shortcut, the desktop
was shown and brought back the terminal's cursors stops blinking and
can't be revived.
Changing the above mentioned dconf settings doesn't help, neither

1. Log in to Unity on a laptop with a second display attached.
2. Sleep the laptop and remove the display (e.g. remove it from its docking
station).
3. Wake the laptop up.
Often after the laptop wakes up you will be faced with a blank screen
because the login dialog appears
I'm not sure if this is the same but but I now have 3 ipods shown in
Nautilus and when either Banshee or rhythnbox is started my Ipod is
shown as a network drive and the media player crashes.
I hope a fix can be sorted.

I don't understand why bug #539477 has been fixed at the cost of an
unknown but definitely unaffected majority of users who don't use
hardware that implemented strange Microsoft standards.
I hope it's possible to revert the fix for #539477 and commit a new fix
that is less intervening. What about

(we replaced function isprint by iswprint).
And now do:

This printing is done over the network (internet connection actualy).
Local printer prints find using Ubuntu 13.04.
Remote printer can print other documents, just not pdf files. Only
blank pages result.
