I don't know how to check the original english version of the man-page to check

Thanks ogra, we have indeed a "known issue" there and not specific to
the phablet scripts, our mtp stack doesn't handle "conflicting" access
well. That's happening as well with mtp music players where
rhythmbox/gvfs conflict in a similar way.
One thing we could do is probably to not automount the
so analyzing this a bit deeper, it actually does not have anything to do
with adb but with the fact that gvfs assumes that if an USB device
registers with:

/lib/udev/rules.d/69-libmtp.rules, a quick and hackish workaround for
affected people using Ubuntu Touch would be to move this rules file out

Not only does it fail to start - but if you insist on adding invest-
applet to the panel, it turns out, a process is spawned in the
background anyway; and at that, a process that you cannot kill - because
it respawns itself; this is what I get on Natty:
$ ps axf | grep -i inve 1846 ?Sl

I don't know if this is of relevance, but a few days ago (max. 2-3) I
was able to add ICQ to my Online Accounts. Today I had some problems
with it and removed it and wanted to add it again, but then I had the
same problem as Denis Washington

Can a dev please comment on this? I unfortunately do not have a patch
other than the work around of using all caps. And for a large
organization, that isn't a work around.
We can't upgrade many of our users (~300) to 12.04 until this is
resolved.

I can also confirm the same issue after moving to 12.10. Empathy is
3.6.0.3 and every time I reboot google talk needs authorization. I added
debug logs - i also added my FB account during this session.

I have the opposite problem, the speed is too slow. I turn off acceleration
because I want a linear transfer function between mouse move & cursor positon.
The sensitivity setting does nothing.
"Device Accel Constant Deceleration" is already at 1 and can't be set lower.
