This issue is reproducable on my machine, i didn't tested it on another
machine, but because of to bug #903799 i think it will be reproducable on other
hardware also.
I use a DELL Precision M4400 Laptop with an HDA Intel STAC92xx Soundcard.
The specific steps should be:
1) Install Ubuntu 11.1
With no xorg.conf, 1 screen display, but system menu bar quits on login
and it and unity launcher and panel are unavailable. With xorg.conf
attached below, login is not possible

the error seems to fixed or has changed a little bit. I configured the
gestreamer to use pulseadio and the pulseaudio just used 8-12% CPU. But know
the empathy client is using 100% CPU.

Sono riuscito a riprodurre il bug con il ISO ufficiale. Aggiungendo alle
radio uno degli indirizzi nella nostra lista viene fuori lo stesso
messaggio.
D'altra parte ho provato nella nostra ISO a installare manualmente il
pacchetto gstreamer0.10-fluendo-mp3 e il flusso ha iniziato a funzionare
