I would like to request a FeatureFreeze and a UserInterfaceFreeze to
correct this bug.
The only way of correctly locking the screen on suspend that complies
with all the use cases is to add an extra option to the control center
applet. See the attached screenshot.

Here is an insane patch that fixes the problem. I just did a behavioral
replacement of file operations with memory operations. This patch could
be seriously improved if I could understand the interaction of "offset"
and "newpage" better, and just make this a sensible moving window of
memory instead

Hello, I face this bug, too. Can anyone tell me how to downgrade
libglib2 to the correct version?
My understanding is you go into Symantec and Force Version to the downgrade.
However, there are so many files that come up when you search for libglib2.
Which one gets downgraded?
