This flickering was caused by a recent GTK update, and has been fixed in
trunk: see http://redmine.yorba.org/issues/4775 . We're planning to
issue a new release 0.11.93 next week including the fix.

Fillable form text is rendered with excessive spacing after certain
capital letters, with J being the worst -- it looks like there's a full
space before the next letter. I see this in evince, okular, and xpdf.
When the same PDF is viewed through gmail, this does not happen.

Unfortunately, it didn't help me. My laptop still continues to be an
anti-laptop whenever the cord is accidentally pulled out for even a second.
