I can confirm the bug in ubuntu 12.4 alpha (64bit) (xorg 1.10.4) on an Asus Eee
Slate ep121 Tablet with both the build in wacom digitizer and an usb intuos4 W
As pointed out the problem is not only a gimp (2.6.11) problem. I can generate
the lines with the jpen java Tablet library as well.
Since
it's not a bug, it's at best a wishlist about handling searches in a
better way than having to go through the disk (which is a known issue),
going through the filesystem is going to be slow, especially on
rotational disks

nautilus crashed with SIGSEGV in g_type_check_instance(
I don't know how to reproduce the bug. It recurred after quitting and
restarting Empathy. It did not recur after rebooting and restarting
Empathy.

Ok, patch done, will upload it tomorrow morning. Please note that the
"Open a new window" is a static quicklist (so, it's there even if
nautilus isn't running or showing the desktop). But in the current
implementation, static quicklist are displayed after dynamic one. That
shoudln't be the case IMH

dialog every 30 secs or minute until I kill the evolution-al
