The sound recorder is not a sound converter, it's made to record audio
in a format not to transcode files in the save dialog, that seems an
upstream feature request but a very low priority one, to send to GNOME

remove itself from the admin group if he's the last admin years ago.

I also restarted my computer just do be sure.
