likewise be similar, and the subject of inconsistency is very much
covered by the paper cuts project. I use a laptop with a trackpad so
have never noticed any middle-click behaviour. I guess you learn
something new every day :)

I removed completely kdelibs5-data and all dependent apps using the
Synaptic Package Manager and now I can open war files as well.
FYI: after doing this a lot of files in "/usr/share/mime/packages"
directory was removed (the most of them).

the issue from comment #39 is likely a different one then, what mimetype
is displayed for those files in nautilus?

I've also seen this happen (about 1/3 of the time) when gnome-terminal
gets focus when I switch between workspaces with Ctrl+Alt+arrow keys.
