OK, the problem seems fairly clear. NVIDIA doesn't implement xrandr. So
the fix either needs to be enhanced to support Xinerama or simplified
back to the form of the original temporary fix.

this. I also noticed that if I go to Sound settings and turn Output
volume (master volume) up above 100% it actually increases the volume.

Something that may be noteworthy: a separate instance of Nautilus run
after the problem occurs (say as root) appears with the correct theme.

Till: Yes, there really is a libraw. :) You're not seeing it because
on Ubuntu Shotwell is built using libraw as a static library, so libraw
is compiled into the Shotwell executable. It would be nice to use a
shared library instead, but we can't do that at the moment because
libraw.so currently
It seems that a "xinput" device is not resuming correctly. I bet this is
the integrated cam or synaptics touchpad.

I can definitely confirm it fixes the issue here (I never manually added
my GMail account in Evolution, but added it in Online Accounts and it's
now properly showing up in Evolution, but we'd ideally need some further

Same issue on Dell Mini 9 after upgrade. Tried live distro, same issue,
so it's not caused by upgrade. Recalibrated battery, ran for 2.5 hours
on battery to off, so it's safe to say the battery is not, in fact,
