I can confirm that this problem is still present in Ubuntu 11.10.
Except this time it's the _grid_ that gets cut-off.
In addition, the menu now appears to work when the app is F11'd, but the
close/mini/maxi buttons disappear. And alt-tabbing out while this is

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. The issue you are reporting is an upstream one and it
would be nice if somebody having it could send the bug to the developers
of the software by following the instructions at

I agree with Colin Law that this is just bad UI design, the text says to
click the row you want to change - but actually you need to click the
actual shortcut.
Clicking the name column of the row does not do anything so just make it
do the same as clicking the shortcut column.

Thank you for your bug report but that's not a bug, the gdmsetup was an
Ubuntu addition upstream never wanted to take, since we switched to
lightdm we dropped our gdm changes, GNOME3 also allows to set autologin
from the user account configuration dialog

I have a solution that i've tested before.
My problem was that the touchpad didn't work on start up, but only on
log in. In the Xorg's log the SynPS/2 was recognised, but i suppose
there may be a link problem with the driver, so i've adjusted the xorg
configuration.
I've created a new empty /etc/
