First time when I disabled the touchpad using keys, it got disabled nicely with
the 'indicator light' glowing.
But Its just not enabling now. notifications are coming out fine.
Also when notification says enabled, light is glowing

When you hover your mouse over the sound-applet and then use the scroll-
wheel it does work. But when you use the buttons on the keyboard for
increasing or descreasing volume it doesn't work.

System Settings should include an Update Manager icon so that users
might update their machine at will. The system menu (top right) already
shows weather the system is up-to-date, but I expected it to see it in
