That's a bug, a new added user should be part of the standard needed
groups, we need to build a list of those (using what the old tools was
doing would be a start) and change the standard and admin profiles to
match what is needed
Also, the example of using groups to control device access is pretty
much obsolete now, as this is mostly done using ACL's with udev-
acl/consolekit, rather than using unix groups - I don't even think the
fax group is used anymore (there is no udev rule which sets device nodes
to that group name)
This is still actual issue for latest release of Ubuntu, Natty Narwhal.
I've tried to make both old installation update and fresh install, both
environments have similar behavior.

Javier has asked me to comment on this. But my role here was only to
specify how the policy should be presented in the power settings. John
Lea proposed the policy and Mark Shuttleworth reviewed it.
As John has explained it to me, the logic behind the new policy is this:
1. In Ubuntu, Suspend and
@Pedro: I have to Forde quit totem once its finished with the list, but even
after enabling apport, I dont find a .crash file.
I searched for a ".crash" but its not there.
I even realised that the fast forward, backword, next buttons dont work, nor
can it jump to any time.
So ill use "apport-bug
Installing indicator-power worked. Got the battery indicator now.

Hi,
i can't open the attachments of emails, it give me an error message: "Could not
open '[untitled].*** No application is registered as handling this file".
This message it displayed with every type of file.
How can i solve it?
