Have to killall gnome-panel and all applets are loaded normally.

Same behaviour for me. Although it only happens after the first time I select
"Safely remove drive".
After the first automatic remount, the second time I choose "Safely remove
drive" the usb external drive does not remount.
It happens for different types of USB drives and USB keys, so it's not

There is several instances of "gnome-screensaver" running when this bug occurs.
When the screen is stuck on "checking..." you can verify this by logging in in
a different tty (with ctrl+alt+F1 or F2, etc...) and try ::
pstree -p | grep "screen"
(-p is for having PID needed to kill the process)
Should we say nobody cared for the past 5 years, which is the age of
some "Evolution window too big for 1024x768 displays" bugs ?

I have found a work around on the Ubuntu forums for this problem, but I
prefer to have the bug fixed through the normal update process. I have

I noticed that although the screen is black, it is connected. If I shut
down screen sharing on the Mac, vinagre reports that the connection has
been lost.
KRDC works fine.

* apt settings: Acquire::http::proxy and also https and ftp in

still dunno why this is targeting libwnck; it's a change in drag
behaviour with the wm, dragging stuff onto quick launch icons are also
broken when this behaviour is observed, try it

I have now downloaded and installed Banshee (1.8.1) in 10.10 and play/pause
works fine in this tool.
I can even use the laptop play/pause using the laptop play/pause hotkey
correctly.
This makes it even more odd that when I tried the Live CD of Ubuntu 11.04,

The "fix" in natty-proposed doesn't actually fix the problem with small
(as if the panel size were set to 24 px; corrected after toggling the
size forth and back) icons (v. #55).
