This is my screenshot on my laptop. As you can see, quite a lot is unreacheable
(unless you do the meta-mouse movement, obviously). (Screenshot5 attached)

Right. But, depends on the screen resolutions as well. You can always
move the window up by holding the Alt key and dragging the window by the
mouse in what ever direction you want. But, it should detect the proper
resolution of the screen and adjust it to fit the screen size.

See bug #626016 - there's a patch available; it fixes both lightsoff and
swell-foop. Just follow the instructions in #12 - it takes about a
minute to get up and running. (And for what it's worth, it was only
fixed for Natty today.)

I think 'LEFT OF SCREEN' REVEAL is a boost to efficiency and will
greatly improve the desktop experience. If a user wants to open an app
via the launcher, they can aim directly for where that icon will be when
the launcher slides into view.
As it is now, a user must move the cursor to the top left
I'm running Maverick AMD64 and it behaves the same way if I've had a USB
drive inserted.
If I put the USB drive back in and empty the trash if behaves normally
again.
Obviously some sort of glitch involving trash bin and removable drives.

I'm not sure how such issues are treated for LTS releases, but I believe
this is still a problem in Lucid so possibly not a dupe. Do usability
issues get LTS updates? I have since upgraded, but the icons were
